For the Gallina Lucchini Ecotek Colosio, the moment of debut has arrived: enough talking, it's time to get serious! Four races in two days is the program for the Brescia-based elite and under 23 team led by Cesare Turchetti. With a new strategy and great ambitions, the team will line up at the start of the 101st Coppa San Geo and the 38th Firenze-Empoli, which will be run in parallel on Saturday, February 22.
For the San Geo, starting at 12:30 pm from Ponte San Marco and finishing in Padenghe del Garda after 164 kilometers, Belleri, Magli, Ukrainian Sydor, Guerra, Franzoni, Pellegrini, and Calzaferri have been selected. At the start of the Tuscan race, 149 km with departure at 11:45 am, will be Simeoni, Cocca, Longagnani, De Marchi, Bregoli, and Oliosi.
The day after (Sunday, February 23) the two official first challenges, the Brescia team will again be deployed on two fronts: in the 63rd Gran Premio La Torre di Fucecchio (101 km, 1:30 pm) with the same lineup presented at San Geo, and in the 4th Gran Premio 100Open Games at the Misano Autodrome (105 km, 1:30 pm) in which the same athletes who raced in Empoli will participate.
