
After two podium finishes in the first and fourth stages, French rider Paul Hennequin secured the victory in the final stage of the Tour de Taiwan. The 22-year-old from Bordeaux - who this season is racing for Euskaltel - Euskadi - crossed the finish line at Liudui Hakka Cultural Park ahead of Belgian Davide Bomboi (Unibet Tietema Rockets) and Israeli rider Itamar Einhorn (Israel - Premier Tech).
Four Italians finished in the top 10: Fortin (5th), Damato (6th), Quatucci (7th), Perracchione (9th).
The overall classification victory went to Brady Gilmore (Israel Premier Tech), followed by his teammate Moritz Kretschy and Jordi López (Euskaltel – Euskadi), with Giacomo Ballabio and Lorenzo Quartucci finishing fourth and fifth respectively.
