
The night has brought counsel to Ganna and Ineos Grenadiers: after yesterday's good performance with third place in the E3 Harelbeke, the Piedmontese giant has confirmed that he will not be at the start of tomorrow's Gent-Wevelgem - his name had in fact disappeared from the entry list for days - and will focus on the Tour of Flanders scheduled for next April 6th.
Top Ganna has faced the Ronde twice in his career: in 2018 he retired, in 2019 he finished 98th, 8'46" behind winner Alberto Bettiol.
