Scheduled for Wednesday, March 19th, the oldest classic in the international calendar, Milano Torino, is a 174-kilometer race, almost entirely flat except for the final climb that will clearly decide the race.
The 7 riders composing the VF Group Bardiani-CSF Faizanè lineup have been selected: at the start Alessandro Pinarello, fresh from the recent Tirreno Adriatico. Following are young riders Luca Paletti and Colombian Martin Herreño, born in 2006. Martin Marcellusi, from Rome, also returns to racing after a brief stop, and a major protagonist of this season's start, eighth in the previous edition of Milano-Torino. The lineup is completed by Alessio Martinelli, Vicente Rojas, and Alex Tolio. The team will be guided from the team car by sports directors Alessandro Donati and Roberto Reverberi.
