RCS Sport has officially announced the wild cards for the Giro d'Italia, and the VF Group Bardiani-CSF Faizanè will participate in its 43rd Giro d'Italia. The team, historically linked to the pink race, is ready to fight for its main objective: a stage victory. A goal that this year is charged with enthusiasm thanks to the second consecutive year of VF Group as main sponsor, a company specialized in major construction works.
Vincenzo Oliva, owner of VF Group, a leading company in the construction sector, declares: "Being the main sponsor of a historic team like VF Group Bardiani-CSF Faizanè for the second consecutive year is a source of great satisfaction. Last year's Giro d'Italia was an extraordinary experience for us, culminating in the excellent performances of our young riders, including the promising Giulio Pellizzari, who demonstrated the full value of our project. This year we want to continue on this path, supporting the team and giving young talents the opportunity to emerge. Our trust in the Reverberi team is total."
Bruno Reverberi, general manager, emphasizes the importance of offering opportunities to young riders: "Our main objective remains bringing new talents to the forefront. We are the youngest team in the world, and we will continue to work to elevate Italian and international cycling, as we have done with champions like Colbrelli, Ciccone, Zana, and Pellizzari. The Giro d'Italia is a crucial stage for us, not only to seek a stage victory but also to provide visibility and opportunities for our young riders. This is the heart of our project, and we thank VF Group, Bardiani, CSF, Faizanè, and all our sponsors."
