Venezuelan Jhonny Araujo, 36 years old, is the first leader of the Vuelta al Tachira. The rider from the Gobernacion Trujillo team conquered yesterday's first stage from San Cristóbal to Tariba, beating breakaway companion Emmanuel Viloria (Confiteria La Guacamaya Guacafruit) in a sprint. The group was 21" behind, led by Eugenio. The Venezuelan race, which will conclude on Sunday the 19th, today offers the second stage of 157 km from San Cristóbal to Santa Bárbara de Barinas.
