The French trip of Team Vangi Il Pirata concludes with a fifth and a seventh place. The Tuscan team leaves with their heads held high from the international "La Bernaudeau Junior" (won last year by Leonardo Meccia over Enea Sambinello, ed.) which took place from La Roche-sur-Yon to La Terdière, in the Vendée, over a significant distance of 133 kilometers. After an arduous and challenging race, conditioned by rain throughout the day, Pietro Scottoni finished in fifth position while Giacomo Serangeli in seventh. Over 2' behind, our riders had to bow down to the strength of Belgian Edouard Claisse, who won by a margin of 1'34" over his compatriot De Smeyter and the French rider Blanc. Honor to Team Vangi, which challenged itself in a competition of high technical content and absolute value. A true race where distance is the measure of top athletes.
