One of the very few champions absent from the Trofeo Binda was Lorena Wiebes. Actually, the European champion wasn't there but... she was. Wiebes was in Cittiglio and trained alone on the roads of Varesotto. Wrapped in a black tracksuit, the SD Worx rider worked with great commitment and when we crossed paths and greeted her, asking about her next objective, she responded with a single, sharp and clear word: "Sanremo".
