An important event dedicated to sports and health is scheduled for Tuesday, February 25th at the "Sandro Pertini" Theater in Santa Maria di Sala, in the province of Venice. The topic, promoted by the Cultural Association "Mondo Agricolo", will be addressed by three illustrious and special guests: cycling champion Francesco Moser, Italian mountain and gravel cyclist Pierpaolo Ficara, and cardiologist and sports physician, Director of the Regional Reference Center for Sports in Young People with Heart Conditions and former skating champion, Patrizio Sarto.
During the meeting, in addition to exploring the experiences that accompanied Moser, Ficara, and Sarto throughout their careers, the discussion will delve into cardiac pathologies that increasingly often affect even "highly monitored" athletes, including the recent case of footballer Edoardo Bove and other more tragic incidents such as the passing of multi-champion Silvano Janes during the Gravel-Master European Championships. The event, scheduled to start at 6 PM and organized in collaboration with GSG, will be coordinated by Stefano Fornasier and requires seat reservation.
