The fourth stage of the Tour of Taiwan concluded in a sprint with the victory of Israeli rider Itamar Einhorn. The Israel - Premier Tech rider crossed the finish line in Kaohsiung ahead of Filippo Fortin from Solution Tech - Vini Fantini and Paul Hennequin from Euskaltel – Euskadi, who returned to the podium after his second place in the opening stage. Immediately behind the Frenchman, Andrea Damato secured a good placement for Team Ukyo.
