2025 marks the eleventh consecutive year of activity for the Team Di Federico, which has conquered over 100 victories and eight Italian titles across road, cyclocross, and team time trial disciplines. Leading the team, with competence and experience, are team manager Edoardo Di Federico and sports director Silvia Trovellesi, supported by the technical supervision of former professional Lucio Di Federico and the presidency of Loredana Capodicasa.
Since 2015, Team Di Federico has collected successes and achievements in every competition, with the goal of giving new momentum to women's cycling in Abruzzo and Central-Southern Italy.
This year, the commitment is exclusively focused on the junior category (17-18 years old), aiming for a breakthrough in national and international competitions. The roster includes Abruzzo natives Elena De Laurentiis (from Selva di Altino, Italian national at European and World Road Championships in 2024) and Alice Testone (from Avezzano). Completing the team are Marche region athletes Eva Zandri and Elisa Corradetti, Puglia's Antonella Di Niso, and Emilia-Romagna athletes Sofia Cabri, Nikol Dollaku, and Emma Vanuzzo (multiple podium finishers at Italian track championships).
Demonstrating appreciation for the athletes' commitment and the management of the Pescara-based team, the presentation held at Aurum - La Fabbrica delle Idee was attended by Pescara Mayor Carlo Masci, along with Abruzzo Cycling Federation leadership, including President Mauro Marrone, Vice President Maurizio Formichetti, and Pescara Provincial Committee President Fausto Capodicasa.
