Following his success in the Waaslandcross, Mattia Agostinacchio takes the podium at the Brussels Universities Cyclocross Trophy for juniors, which was held this morning in Belgium. The European and World Champion secures third place, finishing 1'11" behind the winner, Belgian Giel Lejeune, who in turn preceded his compatriot Keano Geens. With Brussels, Agostinacchio archives an exceptional winter season characterized by 13 victories, the world title, and gold at the European Championships.
