The 13th edition of the Gran Premio Nazionale F.W.R. Baron, the prestigious Challenge valid for the Juniors Young Project promoted by the Baron family from San Martino di Lupari, consists of 56 stages, 46 scheduled in Italy and 10 abroad. The calendar of the Superprestige, which will start on Sunday, March 2nd in Tuscany with the Giuliano Baronti Grand Prix and conclude in Lombardy on Sunday, October 19th with the Pol. Camignone-Gold Medal G. Presti In Memory Trophy, was announced by the event's creator, Rino Baron, who has continuously proposed the event since 2013, alongside his wife Fiorella and sons Wais and Ronny.

The event was organized on the occasion of the 41st year of activity of the Baron Cycling Society. The National Grand Prix, created to reward young talents of Italian cycling, was realized with the collaboration of a "sponsor pool" including Wilier Triestina, Greenwood Labs, RB Baron, Publinova, Garofoli, Impresa Sansiro Milano, Prefabbricati Zanon, Volata, and System Car.It.

The Superprestige, supported by the Italian Federation and the European Cycling Union, also includes eight National Cup stages planned in Harelbeke, Belgium, on March 28th; in Tuscany with Eroica Junior on April 16-19th; in Usti Nad Labem, Czech Republic, from May 8-11th; in Morbihan, France, from May 31st to June 6th; the F.W.R. Baron Grand Prix in Pieve del Grappa (Treviso), on June 7-8th; in Sarreguemines (Germany) from June 19-22nd; in Podhajska (Slovakia) from July 18-20th; in Vasarosnameny (Hungary) from August 14-15th, and then the World and European Championships for time trials and road races scheduled in Kigali, Rwanda, and Drome Ardeke, France, from September 22-27th and October 2-5th.

The Italian Road Championships will be held in Friuli-Venezia Giulia; the road championship on June 22nd organized by Sc Cottur; while the time trial championships will be from June 25-26th and team time trials in locations and dates yet to be defined. Of the 46 Juniors Young Project races established in Italy, 9 each have been scheduled in Lombardy and Tuscany; 8 in Veneto, 5 in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, 3 in Emilia Romagna and Lazio, 2 in Liguria, and 1 in Piedmont, Marche, and Abruzzo. Veneto will host the Circuito delle Conche on March 9th; Piccola Liegi on March 19th; Giro di Primavera on April 27th; F.W.R. Baron Grand Prix on June 7-8th; Trofeo G.D. Dorigo-Sogno Veneto on June 15th; Gran Premio Città di San Martino di Lupari on July 12th; Sandrigo-Monte Corno on July 20th, and Gran Premio Sportivi di Loria on July 27th.

The winner and classification leaders will be awarded the Gran Premio jerseys; at the end of the season, the overall classification winner will receive a racing bike prepared by Wilier Triestina, and the second and third-place finishers and their sports directors will also be awarded. In the 2024 edition, world champion Mark Lorenzo Finn won with 298 points, followed by Ludovico Mellano with 250 points and Andrea Montagner with 226 points.
