After Christen's solo ride and Van den Berg's sprint, it's Florian Stork of Tudor who celebrates in the Challenge Mallorca today, creating a gap in the last 3 of the 151 kilometers of the Trofeo Serra Tramuntana and crossing the finish line 17 seconds ahead of Martin Marcellusi from VF Bardiani Csf Faizanè. Markus Hoelgaard from Uno X wins the main group sprint and secures the podium. First victory for Stork in his seventh year as a professional rider, second seasonal victory for the Swiss team after Hirschi's success at Gran Premio Valencia. Tomorrow we expect an explosive finish at the Trofeo Andratx-Pollença and Sunday's final showcase for sprinters at the Trofeo Palma.
