Monday, January 27, at 7:00 PM at Santeria Toscana 31 in Milan (Viale Toscana, 31), "All in the Head" will be presented in preview, a documentary film produced by ENDU and created in collaboration with IRONMAN, filmed before, during, and after the 2024 edition of IRONMAN Italy Emilia-Romagna, the largest IRONMAN® event in the world.
Among thousands of participants, each with their own story and personal challenge, on September 21, 2024, on the beach of Cervia, Simone "Tartana" Fabbri was also present. Originally from nearby Forlimpopoli, Technical Commissioner of the National MTB Downhill Team, as well as a talent on the ENDU Channel, Fabbri participated in IRONMAN after two surgeries for partial removal of a brain tumor.
"All in the Head" tells Fabbri's story, his choice to take on an IRONMAN, his human approach and his physical and mental preparation leading up to the event, and finally the event itself. A story of courage, rebirth, and the will to overcome one's limits, which manages to touch deep chords, also through the irony and spontaneity of his narrative voice.
In addition to the authors and protagonists of "All in the Head", the event will also feature Gregory Barnaby, the Italian athlete who recently won the first edition of the IRONMAN Pro Series™, the professional IRONMAN circuit, which in May will see its first European stage of the 2025 season being an Italian event, IRONMAN 70.3 Venice-Jesolo.
