Just over 120 competitors took part in Uliveto Terme near the Giuliano Taccola Sports Field in the Tuscany Cyclocross Championship organized by MBAcademy with the patronage of the Municipality of Vicopisano. The Graziano and Sergio Bartoli Trophy was at stake for the race, while the Short Track event was valid for the Massimo Bartoli Trophy. The circuit chosen by the organizers was 2 km and 400 meters long. The success of Elisa Ferri as Tuscan Junior Women's Champion was predictable, the athlete from San Giovanni Valdarno of Airport Services Guerciotti and her brother Tommaso, the under-23 rider, who established himself in the Open men's race ahead of Filippo Cecchi, who conquered the Tuscan Elite champion jersey. Other protagonists were the Valdarnese junior Ceccarelli, as well as Kabetaj, the first Under-23, Di Girolamo among the elites, and the Arezzo juniors Frosini and Roggi, while among the beginners, the title went to the Livorno rider Sardi. A beautiful, well-organized event, with the presence of the Tuscany Regional Committee President, Saverio Metti, and the impeccable work as always by Segreteria Gare.it with Christian Ferrari.
