The Muratori Winery in Adro hosted the official presentation of Team ECOTEK for the 2025 season, accompanied by official photos. President Luigi Braghini gathered sponsors, friends, authorities, and all team members to officially kick off the new season, whose competitive debut is just around the corner.
The Franciacorta-based society took its first steps in the Junior cycling world just a year ago, but in a short time has already gained significant credibility with a serious project, competent people and staff, and for the 2025 season has assembled a promising squad of 13 athletes.
"We have some talented guys, we're trying to provide them with the best possible resources and hope to enjoy some beautiful satisfactions during the season," said President Braghini.
Leading the team from the team car and during training is former professional cyclist and sports director Marco Zanotti, who will be assisted by Sergio Gozio and Cesare Boldi.
"This year we can definitely count on a more homogeneous and complete group of athletes suitable for every type of terrain. We've prepared well, I've seen a good group and we can't wait to start racing next week," said Marco Zanotti.
Because the competitive debut is already set for next Sunday, March 2nd, with a double appointment: one group will participate in the Volta Mantovana race and another group in the Gran Premio Baronti, a national race in Tuscany.

All expressed heartfelt appreciation for the society's work.
To create important projects like this, sponsor support is fundamental and with their commitment, they make the activity possible. So let's list the sponsors close to the society: title sponsor ECOTEK, then M.C. Assistance of Massa Catello robotized systems and Edil Quattro by Martinelli Claudio & C. Construction Company; then GioGraf; Tosini Windows, Doors and Frames; Edil 3C Srl, Sarcop Srl, Generali Maffi Sas, Carrozzeria Lodettese and ICR Pack.
There are also technical partners like Rosti for clothing, Colnago for bicycles, KASK and KOO for helmets and glasses.
Also present was former professional cyclist Diego Caccia, representing Colnago, and President Luigi Braghini wanted to gift a beautiful Colnago bicycle to the founding partner and administrator of ECOTEK, Engineer Guido Archetti.
During the presentation, the birth of a new national race for the Junior category was revealed. Actually, two races. Because the 2 Days of Brescia and Bergamo is being created.
A two-stage event with this program:
Saturday, May 24th, in Rovato (Brescia), the Franciacorta Tour will take place - 4th Gran Premio Ecotek - 4th M.C. Assistance Trophy (Start at 1 PM);
Sunday, May 25th, in Grumello del Monte (Bergamo), the Valcalepio Tour will take place - 1st Gran Premio SE.AV.IM. Advanced Business Services (Start at 1 PM).
ECOTEK Team Vice President Giovanni Capoferri, together with Lucio Dognini, representing the organizing committee of Grumello del Monte, provided the first details about the event and the race routes, which we will reveal more thoroughly in the coming days.
The events will be held with the contribution of Lombardy Region and the patronage of the City of Rovato and the Municipality of Grumello del Monte.
