The penultimate day of the European Track Championships in Heusden Zolder, Belgium, concludes with Elia Viviani finishing seventh in the Omnium and Martina Alzini fifteenth in the Points Race. Viviani fails to meet expectations and ends far from the podium, which saw German Tim Torn Teutenberg (Lidi Trek) win gold, followed by Danish rider Niklas Larsen (silver) and Dutch cyclist Philip Heijnen (bronze).

Alzini starts well but eventually gives way to her competitors, exiting the competition too early. Norwegian Anita Yvonne Stenberg wins, overtaking French rider Marion Borras and Dutch cyclist Maike Van der Duin.
