INEOS Grenadiers looks to the future and joins forces with Hot Tubes Development Cycling Team. The two teams have worked closely for several years with Magnus Sheffield, AJ August, and Artem Shmidt, all INEOS Grenadiers riders who started their journey with Hot Tubes before turning professional. This announcement now represents a further step for both teams.

Hot Tubes Development Cycling, a non-profit organization supported by donors, is the longest-standing and most successful U19 team in North America. Under the guidance of founder Toby Stanton, the team has won over 130 US national titles, with more than 10 riders reaching the WorldTour in the last two decades.

An important element of INEOS Grenadiers' Ascent program is the creation of an alliance of various organizations and teams. These affiliations will provide a pathway for talented young cyclists towards professionalism: this announcement follows the recent connection with the German UCI Continental Lotto Kern-Haus PSD Bank team for 2025.

Scott Drawer, Performance Director of INEOS Grenadiers, explains: "There is a historic and long-term working relationship with Hot Tubes, and formalizing this process was a logical step for the growth and development of our talent program. Toby and his team have strong values and a great approach to development, always putting the junior rider at the center. Within our team, Dario Cioni and Simon Watts oversee how we work with talents and our partners. They will play a crucial role in this partnership and will be able to support the team when it comes to racing in Europe. This partnership will also allow us to expand our talent search in the United States and provide a pathway for American riders to the under-23 category and, ultimately, to the WorldTour".

Toby Stanton, founder of Hot Tubes Development team, adds: "Becoming part of INEOS Grenadiers as a development partner is a natural extension of an informal relationship we have had with the team for years. We are excited that our riders will now have access to INEOS Grenadiers' training and nutrition experts, which will give us more opportunities to race against the best juniors in Europe".
