Giulia Martinelli brings the second Italian title to Melavì Tirano Bike after Nicolò Ferrari's. The 12-year-old from Valtellina, Grosio, conquers the Italian Cyclocross title for first-year women novices, beating the two Piedmontese riders Giorgia Vottero (Ciclistica Rostese) and Aurora Cerame (SC Castellettese Cicli Varsalona). Martinelli and Vottero were the protagonists of the race, attacking from the very first moments. On the last lap, Martinelli decisively took the lead and won the Italian championship solo, the third for Lombardy in the three races held so far.
