The new junior formation for the 2025 season of Polisportiva Monsummanese has been officially announced, which was among the most admired protagonists in the past season. The society's president Alessio Giusfredi, in concert with team manager Devis Zampino and the two sports directors Davide Lenzi and Alessio Gradassi (confirmed staff), has carried out a good renewal by inserting five debut athletes among the juniors captained by Luciano Gaggioli, the best Tuscan junior last year with the Team Valdinievole jersey, winner of two Tuscan time trial titles and also a protagonist on the track.
Among the newcomers are other young riders who have distinguished themselves in the junior category, achieving success and demonstrating clear margins for improvement. At the same time, the technical and management staff have given confidence to the confirmed quartet with Barra, Ferruzzi, Galigani, and Luci. The team has resumed training on the roads of Valdinievole in these first days of the new year, and the seasonal debut, as in 2024, will be in the Giuliano Baronti Memorial, the national junior race scheduled for Sunday, March 2nd in Cerbaia di Lamporecchio, organized by Team Franco Ballerini. The Pol. Monsummanese team will also carry out this year, in keeping with tradition, an excellent program with out-of-region trips, participating in prestigious category races. They will also aim to conquer the blue jersey of the National team, while organizationally, the fifth edition of the Marino Romani Trophy - Luigi Scrima Memorial will be set up in Monsummano Terme on July 13th.
