Juan David Sierra and Samuele Alari will wear the jersey of the Tudor Pro Cycling development team again in the upcoming season. The two promising Italians have been confirmed by the Swiss team's management, and their names are featured in the roster announced for 2025 alongside thirteen other riders.
There will be seven "new entries", among which stand out the 18-year-old Estonian Oliver Mätik, the 19-year-old Norwegian Jesper Stiansen, and the 2004-born Swiss Diego Casagrande, who joined the team after participating in the scouting program promoted by the team and the "Talent Days" held in May this year in Sursee, where Tudor's headquarters are located.
The 2025 squad has an average age of 20.7 years and athletes from nine different nations. "We have built this team based on our development philosophy, focusing on riders with growth potential whom we will help prepare for the transition to professionals," explained Boris Zimine, technical manager of the Tudor Devo Team. He then added: "It is important for us to have a good mix of cultures, ages, and athletes. We do not want to assign them specific roles. We encourage them to try everything and understand what suits them best. This approach will help them discover their true potential in a strong and cohesive team".
Athletes and staff met last week in Livigno to begin the path towards the new season, while a team training camp in Spain is scheduled for mid-January before the racing debut in February.
